Welcome back! Build professional skills, keep your experience alive, and help future students make the decision to study abroad by becoming an On-Campus Study Abroad Ambassador. Apply today!

Qualifications

  • Current DePaul student
  • Participation in any study abroad program, including non-DePaul study abroad programs
  • Enthusiastic about study abroad and eager to share your experience with other students
  • Acceptance for participation in the program by the DePaul Study Abroad office

On-Campus Ambassador for Study Abroad Responsibilities

Share your experience (choose one)

  • Create a video
  • Write at least three blog posts for The Sojournal
  • Author an article on study abroad that is published in a campus newsletter or newspaper

Connect with future students (choose at least three events)

  • Visit classes to talk about what you learned on your study abroad program
  • Table with Study Abroad staff at promotional events on campus
  • Participate in the study abroad fair
  • Answer questions and share tips at study abroad orientation
  • Create a study abroad session as part of residential education programming
  • Invent your own way!
